Whether it be helping your local community set up a foodbank or responding to local and international disasters, there is a project or activity to suit everyone. Being part of Rotary is more than just giving back to the community. We are a group of photographers of mixed abilities with one thing in common – enjoying our hobby with like minded friends. We welcome new members, whatever your age or ability, already adept at photography or just beginning,  you are welcome to visit us. Our programme is varied, and aimed at photographers with all levels of experience. Guest speakers talk on a range of subjects, which vary from photoshop techniques, to talks on their own work.

Otley and Guiseley both have enthusiastic, friendly, Bridge Clubs which meet once a week, throughout the year, to play duplicate pairs.

Formed in the year 2000 to improve the public green spaces in the town the group’s objectives have evolved over the years to involve us in the wider aspects of the town environment.  From planting flower beds to creating dry stone wall gateways to the town, and from producing a Town Enhancement Study  to our annual entry into the Yorkshire In Bloom competition our aim is to “Grow Civic Pride …

Otley Action for Older People (OAOP) is a long established and successful community-based organisation working on behalf of the older population of Otley, Pool and Arthington. OAOP is part of the Leeds Neighbourhood Network Schemes (NNS’s).
