Richard and Jen will be running a one-off weekend song writing special. This is suitable for all from beginners wanting to write their first song, to people who may have written some lyrics or melodies but don’t know what to do with them, to more experienced song writers looking for extra inspiration or challenges.

Each day will be spent working in small groups (places are limited), with guidance throughout, with tips, techniques and tools to get you over any barriers or to add something extra to your songs.

Instrumentalists of all types are welcome but equally there is no need to be able to play an instrument or read music.

You will work in a supportive and encouraging environment- we believe that everyone can write songs, and it can be a powerful feeling of achievement to do so. We have years of experience in working with composition and song-writing, with a wide musical knowledge, and this weekend will also be an opportunity to refine and add sparkle to your creations.

The second day will close with an informal performance (family and friends welcome!) which will also be recorded in our studio as a memento.
