Opera North brings a little bit of magic to Otley Courthouse this summer with Little Listeners: Mini Magic Flute.

Inspired by Mozart’s famous opera The Magic Flute, this fun 40-minute family adventure follows a Prince’s search for a Princess, with plenty of fantastical characters along the way — including a bird-catcher and a dragon.

Led by a trio of opera singers and an accordionist, the show is a lovely first introduction to opera for younger audiences, especially children aged 4 to 7, while still being enjoyable for the whole family.

The performance takes place at Otley Courthouse on Sunday 19 July. Doors open at 2pm and the show starts at 2.30pm.

Tickets are £8 for adults, £6 for children, or £25 for a family ticket.
