Start Christmas in style with the Otley Christmas Lights switch on. This popular evening helps residents and visitors get into the Christmas spirit with entertainment starting at 5.30pm, culminating in a fireworks display at 7pm. Market Place will also be home to various rides, while hot drinks and food are also available.

The event marks the start of a series of happenings throughout the month, including Otley turning into Yorkshire’s Christmas Tree Town, the annual Christmas Tree Festival and the annual Victorian Fayre, and much more.
