 t caught up in everyday life without taking the time to reflect on yours
 elf\, your experiences and the world around you. My writing for wellbein
 g workshops give you the space to do just that.Faye guides you through a
  series of themed writing exercises designed to facilitate self-reflecti
 on\, self-expression and creativity in a friendly\, supportive environme
 nt. Combining reflective and creative writing approaches\, the sessions 
 focus on the writing process not the resulting product\, though you may 
 choose to produce poetry\, short stories and other creative pieces.\n\nY
 ou can disregard spelling and grammar rules and any worries your writing
  won’t be good enough\, everything you produce in the workshop is valu
 able. Although Faye invites you to share and discuss your writing\, ther
 e is no pressure to do so.\n\nThe workshops are particularly suitable fo
 r beginners.
