Otley Courthouse hosts six top comedians across three weekends in July as they prepare for a month long run at the world’s biggest performing arts festival, the Edinburgh Fringe. Each night you get to see two full length comedy shows for just £7 as a little slice of the greatest festival on earth comes to Otley!

Double Edinburgh Comedy Award ‘Best Show’ nominee Ahir Shah (pictured) is one of the fastest-rising comedians of his generation. Shah’s sharp, intellectual brand of stand-up features a blend of philosophical inquiry, political vigour, and sweet gags.
Ahir has performed internationally at the Melbourne International Comedy Festival, the Adelaide Fringe and Just for Laughs Montreal, as well as having toured in continental Europe and India.
He has performed stand-up on The Now Show (Radio 4), Stand Up Central (Comedy Central), and in 2018 will be making his debut appearance on Live At The Apollo (BBC 2).
Outside of stand-up, Ahir has written and starred in the short films Ahir Shah’s Summer (Sky) and Ahir Shah’s Life Lessons (BBC Three), has developed two sitcom pilots for Channel 4, and has performed and regularly writes on The Mash Report (BBC 2).
Other credits include Frankie Boyle’s New World Order (BBC 2), Catastrophe (Channel 4), Campus (Channel 4), Newsnight (BBC 2) and The Daily Politics (BBC 2).

Award-winning comedian and impressionist Steff Todd has made a name for herself with hilarious stand up, razor sharp one-liners and amazing celebrity impressions.
Hailing from Yorkshire, Steff has gained worldwide attention with her viral impressions of stars from Reality TV and Pop culture ranging from the Kardashians, Love Island, The X Factor and many more, making her one of the hottest emerging talents in comedy.
Steff has appeared on The Dog Ate My Homework (CBBC). She is well-known for her brilliant joke writing and likeable, quirky persona on the UK comedy circuit. She has recently supported Iain Stirling, Sara Pascoe, Rob Delaney and Dave Gorman. She performed at the Edinburgh Fringe 2017 as part of CKP’s Lunchtime Special and returned in 2018 as part of a double bill of stand up “2 For Joy” which was a sell out for the month. Steff will be making her solo show debut with Reality Check at the Edinburgh Fringe 2019.
