This summer, Otley Baroque is returning to Otley Parish Church for another fabulous concert on Sunday July 14 after their successful New Year Concert.
The theme of concert is ‘Harmony of the Nations’. You will hear reunited taste of the 18th century France and Italy such as François Couperin’s Les Nations and Telemann’s Paris Quartet.
For this project, Otley Baroque received the support from Leeds Inspired (Leeds City Council) which made us possible to have a proper harpsichord in the venue and to invite amazing two musicians from York; Graham O’Sullivan, a baroque flute player who is regularly appears in Dunedin Consort, English Baroque Soloists etc.
Mie Hayashi, a harpsichordist who studied in London and active as ensemble musician and soloist such as the Helschel Trio, also made her solo CD ‘Ascents Of The Soul’ recently.
